KLM Group International Limited was set up in Hong Kong to hold and develop businesses that operate in different places and sell to different people. Photography mandates booked through an agency network, digital work for clients anywhere, sourcing out of China and Southeast Asia, wholesale supply shipped from Chinese ports.
Keeping them under one registered company keeps the paperwork, the banking and the contracts simple for everyone involved. Keeping them operationally separate means a slow quarter in one market does not put pressure on the others.
Hong Kong is the base for a practical reason. It sits next to the factories we buy from, it is straightforward to contract with from North America and Europe, and it is a jurisdiction our clients and suppliers already recognise.

KLM Studio
KLM Studio is an agency rather than a single studio. Clients describe the project, and the agency puts them in front of an independent professional photographer who already works where the shoot takes place and knows the venues and the light.
Mandates cover corporate and private events, concerts, portraits and family sessions, product photography, real estate and automotive. Images are delivered through a private online gallery, and public galleries are published for university and community events.
KLM Web Services
The group's digital arm builds marketing sites and Shopify stores, then works on the part most people skip: making sure the site is found, in classic search and in AI-generated answers.
It is run by one operator with no account managers in between, using the same methods applied to the group's own stores. Scope and price are agreed in writing before anything starts, and pricing is published rather than hidden behind a call.
KLM Sourcing
KLM Sourcing acts as a private buying office for contractors, distributors and importers who want to buy from the factory instead of a local reseller. The team visits plants in person, checks licences and certifications, negotiates directly and ships physical samples for approval before any bulk order.
Production is inspected on site at three points, and freight is booked directly on FOB or FCA terms so the factory cannot bury a margin in the shipping cost. Customs documents are prepared for the destination market before the container leaves Asia. Fees are flat and agreed in advance, paid by the client and never by the supplier.
KLM Artificial Plants
A trade supplier of artificial greenery wall panels, moss panels, synthetic turf and artificial florals, bought directly from an established manufacturer with no trading-house markup in between.
Buyers are fit-out contractors, turf and landscape installers, event companies, franchises and distributors. All four product lines come out of the same facility, so a mixed order consolidates into one container, one inspection and one invoice. UV stabilised and flame retardant grades are available with the test documentation a specifier or building inspector will ask for, and every order ships in neutral unbranded cartons.
